Managing Director

Mr. Lee Heng Woon

Mr. Lee Heng Woon is the Managing Director of itialuS Corpserv Pte. Ltd., Executive Director of S&A Consulting Singapore Pte. Ltd. and Grand Merge Capital Pte. Ltd. He is a certified member of Public Accountants in Australia and holds a BSc in Comm. Accounting from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman. Mr. Lee Heng Woon has more than 9 years of experience working for top international accounting firms and commercial industries. His diverse experience includes secretary, payroll, commercial and corporate services (including dealing with matters of IRAS, MOM, ACRA, CPF Board, MINDEF and etc.). Given this wide range of experience, Mr. Wang is able to oversee and assist to set up the accounting function and compliance matter for a Switzerland investment management company with assets worth S$40 million.

Account Assistant

Ms. Lai May Foong

Ms. Lai May Foong is our Accounting officer with 5 years of experience in financial Administration. Her proficient skills include business bookkeeping, data processing and documentation analysis. She is very self-motivated, positive attitude, and versatile with the flexibility to adapt to any situation.

Account Trainee

Ms. Ng Tze Leng

Ms. Ng Tze Leng is our Account Trainee. She has worked with accounting softwares like Quickbooks, Manager, Xero and ABSS and is toiling towards getting these skills certified. She is currently pursuing the internationally recognised Singapore Chartered Accounts Qualification after graduating from the University of London with a Bachelor's degree of Science in Accounting and Finance in 2021. Ms. Ng Tze Leng is a tenacious employee with an overwhelming drive to learn and she believes that her appetite for learning and bilinguist capabilities will offer more options to all current and prospective clients. She hopes to become an indispensable and valuable member of her team and company.

Account and Administrative Assistant

Ms. Enomecia Ordoña

Ms. Enomecia Ordoña is our Accounts and Administrative Assistant since 2020. Her role is focused on accounting, bookkeeping and secretarial work. She is also a Xero Advisor Certified holder with 13 years of experience handling Accounting, Bookkeeping, Human Resource Management, Legal and Secretarial works from previous jobs. Outside of work, Enomecia enjoys gardening.

Corporate Secretary

Ms. Alexis Sia

Ms. Alexis is our Corporate Secretary. She is experienced in preparing secretary documents for incorporation, payroll with the use of Hreasily, virtual assistance, lead generation, social media management, and graphic design. She is currently pursuing undergraduate studies and she is taking up Bachelor of Science in Industrial Pharmacy at the University of the Philippines Manila. She is reliable and very passionate about achieving her goals.
